Route 66 is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and we are going to celebrate this historic event with a series of models one would find traveling America's Main Street through its storied history. The series will include muscle cars, trucks, classic cruisers, maybe some same famous movie cars and so much more!
Each release will come in its own specific Route 66 themed packaging. From the diners and gas stations of the era to the desert roads and standing on a corner in Winslow, AZ, we are going to have a blast creating this series!
So, check out this beautiful, period-correct 1972 Chevrolet Blazer K/5 that the family would have used Route 66 for an annual camping trip or summer vacation to see relatives or maybe your everyday working man jumped in his Blazer and headed down the route to the next stop on a work trip. Whatever the use, the Chevrolet Blazer was the best utility vehicle of its time, and we can see it pulling in to a Route 66 diner for burger and soda.
