1967 Oldsmobile 442

$134.95

Olds called its 1967 sporty cars the "Youngmobiles" and advertised them accordingly. Tires were "boots," styling was "with it," and the Oldsmobile Cutlass 4-4-2 W-30 was "the sweetest, neatest, completest anti-boredom bundle on rubber!" One ad touted the 4-4-2 as "Keeper of the Cool." That was quite accurate in the case of muscle cars with the W-30 performance package. In 1967, GM built only 500 of the 4-4-2- W-30's with a base price of only $4,100. Not bad considering you picked up a 400 cubic inch V8 engine rated at 350 horses with 4000 pound feet of torque that propelled you from zero to 60 mph in 6.7 seconds!
